Almost Midnight in Tai Pei

Mom and Dee-dee can breathe a sigh of relief, but keep those candles lit.  We have arrived in Tai Pei where we will overnight and catch the flight to Phnom Penh in the morning.  Apparently we are quite lucky with which terminal we landed in, as ours is very high tech with massages, Coach and LÓccitane shops and lots of neon, even though it is late here.  We have heard that the other terminals are very prison like all beige affairs, with hard floors!
Upon check-in at LAX, we were informed that visitors are not allowed to stay in the main airport areas overnight, and that the airport offers a hotel - in the terminal! - if we would like to reserve rooms. Hmmmmmm, how convenient.
Well, our flight was great - slippers, blankets, two meals, and a variety of movie choices - and we arrived on time.  We were met at the gate, welcomed to Tai Pei, and directed to the on site hotel.  I feared a cubicle with Murphy beds and scary outside noise, but no!.  We have two rooms, boys in one, girls in the other. Big windows, comfy beds and showers :) - a pleasant surprise.
Mollie spotted a computer lounge and was a whiz at guessing how to access this with a language on screen we completely don't understand.  We are off to have a walk around the airport, and then catch a few hours sleep before the last leg.
